As our program is a live, personally-delivered service, membership fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been purchased.\n\nThat said, if you are not satisfied with the program, we're happy to review a refund request. Once your request is received, we will process approved refunds within 5 to 7 working days.
In the unlikely event that you experience a defective or unsatisfactory service — for example, a technical issue on our end that prevents you from properly joining your live sessions — your membership is eligible for an extension. To request one, simply email us at support@wellrooted.in with details of the issue.\n\nThis policy is valid for 3 days from your purchase date. If more than 3 days have passed since you joined, we unfortunately won't be able to offer an extension.
